Condition of Premises and Improvements: The premises consist of a newly remodeled manufactured home. Tenant acknowledges that all remodeling and improvements were completed prior to occupancy and that the premises are accepted in good order, repair, and condition at the commencement of the lease. Tenant agrees to return the premises at the end of the lease term in substantially the same condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
