It helps if you are phone- or app-experienced and saves you money. All info needs to be in our property management system. We do Section8, but the rent might be higher because the process takes longer. We also work with other organizations. You can also apply free of charge on our website. There is no application fee, but once all is ready to go we will need you to pay for a credit report ($39) if that was not supplied from Zillow. Again, the application as such is free: We want the right tenant and don't want to make money on the applications Tenant Pays for Water/Gas/Electric -- all metered separately This rent price is with existing (the appliances on the picture are owned by the previous tenant).
