Major hospitals including Virginia Mason Medical Center, Swedish Hospital - First Hill Campus, and Harborview are all close by. The Space Needle and the Seattle Center are less than one mile away along with many of Seattle's best restaurants and popular sites. Fully-equipped down to the linens and kitchenware, this apartment is ideal for people who need a turn-key home. With 1 year leases, we can move the current furniture into storage if you want to use your own. Off-street parking for one car, and there's plenty of on-street parking. Fully furnished and equipped mother-in-law apartment in Queen Anne home. Completely separate entrance. Maximum number of occupants allowed is three. Will consider leases of a minimum of two months, prefer 6-12 months. Rent is $3750 per month. There is additional on-street parking on the street in front of the house. No pets. No smoking indoors. The owner lives upstairs with his 12-year-old twins. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and in respect to the neighbors and owner living upstairs, quiet hours are 9:30 PM weeknights and 10:00 PM weekends. On the days and weekends when he doesn't have his kids these times will be extended by an hour. No parties or events without prior approval of the owner. Credit, background, and reference checks with former landlords are required. The owner will accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report made available to the owner by a consumer reporting agency.
