It's a Camper for rent in a hill country farm between Bertram and Burnet. It's a clean and nice camper, with propane range, AC, propane heater, propane water heater, and refrigerator. It has main spacious area you can use it as a bedroom or living room, it also has two build-in bunk bed that you can sleep or just use it as a closet, a dining table, a shower and bath room. Water, electricity are paid by owner, no cost to you. The only thing you need is internet, and my previous renter just use his phone as a hotspot, perfect signal reception for AT&T, T-mobile, and Sprint. Propane tank refill is paid by renter, there is a propane station right at the intersection, so very easy to get it refilled for a low price ($15 per 20 lbs tank). If you use your own electric heater, only use the propane for cooking and hot water, then one tank fo propane can easily last more than a month. There are laundry services in Burnet, but you are welcome to use our small washer. No dryer though, we just hang our cloth in the farm, and Texas sun can do it for you. Ideal for anyone wish to enjoy the country life, like quiet and safe environment, waking up by birds or roosters, watching horses, goats, cows, chickens around. Or need a temporary place for transition. Monthly rent is $600, and the security deposit is one month of rent, which is also $600. At least three month of lease contract required, prefer six month or longer. Due to the size of the property, prefer one adult tenant. Low credit, bad credit, we can work it out.
