I have a private bathroom in my master suite and typically use that, so bathroom traffic is minimal unless another professional tenant is staying in the home. It's $700 a month and I require a background check on everyone. There's also a $400 refundable security deposit. There is no smoking in the house or on the property. I'll have one available spot on the property to park. I have one small dog that lives with me so if you love dogs, this would be a great place for you.
