Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion to ensure the safety and security of the community. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner.
