Modern, bright interiors preserve spirit of the original house by Ned Adcock, a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. Giant windows of the living room open to the back garden, to remain in constant contact with surrounding nature. Big outside terraces provide for rest, fun and group gatherings. Younger tenants will spend hours enjoying the small playground, while entire backyard is fun for the family. The house is ideally fitted for up to 2 adults + 2 younger kids. Surrounding elementary-middle-high schools, considered some of the best in America, make this place a dream location if that's your concern. We offer 12-month lease with 1-2 months deposit. Lease terms are pretty standard - we can negotiate security deposit. This was our first house in California, and we carry very fond memories of it. Our children, who lived there until about 7 years old, still believe this is the best place under the Sun. We would love tenants, who appreciate uniqueness of the place. The Downtown is within a mile, offering restaurants, cafes, a cinema, shopping, Sunday Farmer's Market, cafes, library and museums. With its trees, terraces and quiet backyard you can enjoy your time, not moving anywhere. If to travel, though: LG is 20 minutes drive to SJC airport, 30 minutes to picturesque beaches of Santa Cruz, 1 hour away from San Francisco and central to many North California's attractions.
