We have initiated the process of having interested buyers’ names added to a Priority List. Steps required to be added to the priority list 1.) You must become prequalified with a mortgage lender. 2.) Once prequalified, email the pre qual letter to Casey. 3). Place a fully refundable deposit of $1000 on the house and lot of your choosing. If for some reason you choose to not stay on the priority list for any reason, we will refund your deposit in full and remove you from the list. 3.) The Priority List is solely based on the Time & Date stamp of the deposit AND Prequalification email receipt. We must have both to be added (the only fair way we can think of to prioritize) 4.) We will contact you confirming receipt of your Prequalification and deposit notifying you that your name has been added to the Priority List. 5.) We DO NOT/WILL NOT distribute the Priority List of names and positions to customers or other sources as this is a violation of privacy laws. Your position on the list is solely based on the Time & Date stamps mentioned above. 6.) You will be able to purchase a home in a our neighborhood when your name comes to the top of the list AND if you are still ready/willing/able to move forward at the time the houses are finished.
