I will have a 2 bedroom apartment for rent on September 1st. Heat, water, weekly garbage removal, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, shoveling, storage space and parking included. Tenant pays for electricity, internet and renters insurance. The apartment comes unfurnished. First month, security deposit and free background check to move in. I live in the apartment upstairs and own the building next door. Looking for respectful people to share my home. I have a lot of cars so I prefer tenants to park on the street in front of the house in the summer months. May-November. If you only have one car I can make room.
