I am subleasing my apartment above Savages Bar downtown in Muncie. It's the biggest apartment in the building. One bedroom, spacious living room, redone full kitchen and bathroom. Laundry on site. Water included, tenet pays gas and electric (usually runs 50-70 a month). Pets are 30$ dollars a month, dogs and cats welcome. More pics to come (currently visiting family in Ohio for the holidays) but my unit is circled. There's also six windows, three closets, and I'm happy to discuss leaving some of the furniture in the unit for free if you'd like a large area rug, desk, coffee table, dresser, side tables, or some bookshelves.
