We would like a 1 year lease but after 6 months we allow tenants to end lease early with 30 days notice. We will offer tenants a rental credit at the end of the lease that can be used towards the purchase of the home, as a down payment. We will consider roommate situations, but each room mate must qualify. Deposit will only be $1000 for any tenants with a 700 or higher credit score. No smoking allowed. Pets allowed on a case by case basis with a $500 non refundable pet fee per pet. Minimum 650 credit score for each adult living in the home we will consider lower scores with double deposit, no evictions, must pass background check. Roommates acceptable as long as each qualifies. We will offer a rental credit towards purchasing this home after a year of renting.
