I moved here from 611 Prospect, these properties ajoin each other and zillow doesn't show this house in the list of nearby or similar sales. 611 Prospect is surrounded by $200,000 + properties. Also interesting that "zestimates" are very close to asking prices for realtor listed properties but way off on FSBO.
