Room is not furnished, but shared spaces do have some furniture and plenty of storage space in partially finished basement. There is enough room to fit a queen size bed comfortably in available bedroom. There is also space available for shared office space. Housemate is 37 y/o male that works at local hospital full time. Quiet, clean, and respectful. Looking for similar. Looking for at least 1-year lease with first + security deposit required on move in. Utilities are split 50/50 based on usage each month. Pets are negotiable, but would ideally like someone without pets.
