The Foggy Bottom metro is about a seven minute walk away and the Dupont Circle metro is about ten minutes walking. The Circulator metro bus stops right on this block and can take you to Rosslyn, Virginia for a dollar. The Bread and Chocolate Cafe and the West End Cinema are both right down stairs. There are tennis courts, a basketball court, and a soccer field open year-round a block away. A huge public swimming pool (Francis Pool) is two blocks away and is open all summer long. The unfurnished apartment comes with a nice storage space as well as an indoor garage parking spot which you could use or rent out to someone else for about $200 a month. The building has a bike room to store your bikes too. The $2,600 price would be for a two-year contract. We could also do $2,700 a month for just one year.
