Things we love about this apartment: -The large living room window allows you to see most of San Francisco (including the downtown skyline) and East Bay -Balcony large enough to have table and chairs so you can have your morning coffee outside and enjoy the view -This unit is on the top floor (no footsteps above you!) and in the back of the building furthest away from the street (no noise from the street). -Rent has been reduced from $3200/mo to $2800/mo -Off street parking included in rent -New stove and fridge -Cat and small dogs OK -Really awesome neighbors that help you out if you need it but also let you do your own thing -Coin Op (or use the PayRange app to avoid the hassle of quarters) Laundry in building -Responsive and friendly property management company (Yay to no slum lords!) My partner and I have loved every minute living in this apartment but with our jobs being remote, we're looking to move back to be closer with family. Quite frankly, we'd stay here forever if we were going to stay in SF. We're looking for someone to sign a minimum 1 year lease with the property management company. You would be dealing with a great property management company (with a real estate license and all that jazz) as opposed to doing a weird sublease type situation.
