Petworth is a great area with lots of restaurants and bars close by but it is quiet at night on our street. 5 min from the Georgia Ave metro and 5 min from the 52/54 bus line, we have a 1 bed 1 bath basement apartment in our group home. The upstairs is shared by three mid twenties professionals. We are clean, quiet, and friendly. Rent is $1600 a month, utilities average about $100 a month. And we have car port with a parking space available. Pets allowed on a case by case basis. Laundry is upstairs and shared with the whole house. We have central air and heat. Zillow won't let me upload more than one photo, this is also on Facebook and Craigslist. I am also happy to share photos via email as well. The bedroom fits a queen. The apartment comes unfurnished. There is lots of storage as well. Kitchen has a gas stove. Message me to set up a tour if interested! Prefer a year long lease, pretty standard Group Home lease. Smoking is fine outside . There is no pet or parking fee. There is no fee with application but if you do not provide a credit score, we will run a credit check for $35.
