The library has a wide selection of books to read, and you will love the pool and exercise room. This unit is currently rented. The lease is until February 2023, however, the landlord has allowed them to terminate early if they wish. The HOA has changed rules on the percentage of rentals, but currently you can apply to be an investor. It is important that investors are willing to do background checks, consider using a reputable management company and be transparent with the HOA.
