The kitchen has gas stove/oven large pantry. We have three large refrigerators/freezers (two in kitchen, one in garage) that provide ample storage space. There is weekly Maid service for common areas (already included in rent), and for a small fee you may add optional maid service for your bedroom if desired. Grill on patio is available for your use as well. The house has ceiling fans in each room with woodgrain tile floors. Amazon Prime TV, Netflix, and Hulu are available in living room. Street parking is available for your vehicle. Outside smoking only is okay. There will be a $200 refundable deposit for cleaning and repairs if needed. Rental is month to month with 30 day notice.
