The rooms are available for move in September 1st or October 1st. Rooms are unfurnished. We have an entire laundry room with washer/dryer and a station to handwash delicates, formal dining room, living room and "family room" so it's super spacious. We have a huge backyard with a deck where we plan to host a few gatherings (we both work in creative spaces, I make films and music so I frequently like to host movie screenings etc). Our home is in Lafeyette Square near mid-city, mid-wilshire and Koreatown. We have one cat that's friendly so potentially accepting other pets but we'd love them to meet. Room 1 is pretty large and has a walk in closet. About 15 x 11.5. Rent: $1600 + utilities Room 2 is smaller and has a standard closet but a HUGE private balcony (pictured) Rent: $1550 + utilities Month to month for first 2 months then potential to sign a lease. Deposit is 1.5x the rent. Rent is due first of the month ($50 discount on the first month rent for the first person that signs the contract and puts down the deposit) A cleaner will be coming 1x a month to deep clean but we will all split "chores"/cleaning the space. Two peaceful and loving ladies looking for the same vibe in our future roomie.
