Country Living! Cozy and quiet home with 1 Acre on Bleecker Mountain. Two sources of heat (Miller furnace and a Mr. Heater propane wall unit). The cook stove runs on propane and both the stove and the wall heater is connected directly into a large propane tank (Amerigas). The Miller furnace runs on kerosene. All appliances, as well as both heaters are 5-6 years old. The medal roof was installed in 2015, along with a front and back deck. Newer cabinets in the kitchen and the bathroom. There is a washer and dryer and the water is supplied by a dug well. I was told there is a septic tank but I have never actually seen it, however I have never had a problem with it. New windows were installed in 2017. Exterior walls are constructed with 2 x 6 lumber. There is an old trailer on the property which can either be torn down or used for storage. The town of Bleecker has been delivering dirt and I have been working on extending the size of the back yard so it is basically a work in progress. The town usually starts to deliver in the fall when they are digging out the ditches. It keeps them from having to drive a long distance so they are happy to do it. Most furniture will be included in the purchase price with the exception of a few items. Would consider renting (whichever comes first) with a 12 month lease for $800 a month (one month's security deposition).
