I'm relocating out of the city for work. So I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from December 1st to May 19th. I'm actually moving out Thanksgiving weekend so you could move in before a bit earlier if you wanted and start paying rent from Dec 1st on. The apt is located in Center City, right next to the Reading Market/Convention Center area. Not far from Rittenhouse. Rent is $1550 a month plus whatever utilities you use. For me this has ranged from $50 to $100 per month. Also I paid a $500 deposit. I would like to get that as well, and it would be fully refundable. The apt is very spacious, has great windows, there's a washer/dryer on the same floor. Comes with all standard appliances, plus dishwasher and microwave. There's also a gym.
