This is a sublease apartment for a 10 month term. The apartment is furnished. If you decide to rent from us then at the end of your lease the furniture is yours to keep. We do require a security deposit of $1,800 that'll be due October 1st, to secure the apartment and 1st months rent of $1,800 will be due the day you move in on November 1st. A video call tour of the apartment can be set up. Rental price includes rent, trash, and pest control. No background check and no credit check required.
