Our first request is to go take a look at the property. Feel free to walk around the outside and peek in the windows. Next, we are looking for someone who is ready to rent now and has first month's rent and a damage deposit of $500. We also collect a last month's rent which is paid in advance (or after you move in if you have excellent credit history.) If you are curious about pets, dogs cost $50 extra per month and cats cost $100 extra per month. Finally, after you have seen the house: We do a credit check at our expense. Our two big requirements are decent credit and steady employment You must have income that is times the rent or more. If one of these happens to be an issue, please find a co-signer for the term of the lease. Our leases are 6 months in length and at the end of the 6 months we do a month to month rental. We have no plans to sell and are happy to keep good renters for years!
