This is a sublet for Jan-July 2023. Apartment is on the third floor of the building, and a five min. walk from the Loyola Lake Shore campus. Tenant pays gas, electric and Wi-Fi , water and heat is provided by landlord. Washer dryer located at the bottom level of the building. Apartment has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom and lots of natural light, I am subletting out my room for Jan-July 2023 because I am studying abroad. My roommate will be staying in the apartment for the remainder of the lease. Roommate helps keep apartment very clean, she is super nice and an English major at Loyola (Senior year). Roommate has a cat for an ESA, otherwise no animals allowed. Apartment comes fully furnished- except the bedroom, which I will be moving my stuff out of before January. No smoking. 1 cat lives in apartment already as an ESA. Otherwise no pets allowed Utilities vary per month generally $40/month for electric and $20/month for gas. Wifi is fixed at $25/ month
