Hookup for washer/dryer is provided, or you can just do the laundry at any laundromat outside. There are plenty of parking spaces on the street (see figures). This ADU has its own address, and its own water meter, electricity meter, gas meter. You will have to pay these utilities based on your usage. You also have to register for your own internet service.
