Shopping, groceries, and entertainment are very close--less than a five minute drive/20 min walk. The rink for the new NHL team The Krakens is being built where the old Northgate mall was, just a few blocks away. The Link light rail station for Northgate will be completed in Spring 2021! And there is a bus stop on a direct downtown route right outside the complex. This is a very pet friendly place. You would be taking over my former roommate's lease, which is through August 31st, 2021. Otherwise, this is a comfortable living space. Maintenance is prompt--management never fights you on it. You pay for internet/cable and heat/electric in terms of utilities, the landlord covers the rest.
