It is a very unique home. It is split level so it is almost like having two houses. The upstairs can be closed off from the down stairsand can become a self-sustaining apartment with bath. The kitchen and dining room cover an entire floor of the house. They are very large The kitchen was updated last year with a new tile floor, cabinets, fridge, and counter top. Neighborhood Description It is a quiet neighborhood. Many of the neighbors are either older and retired or families with older children. However, many times during the summer younger grandchildren can be seen riding their bikes/ skates in the neighborhood. Everyone keeps up their lawns and houses and knows one another.
