The location also has a ramp to take out a boat or any water craft. House is on corner lot. TVA does lower the lake between November and early March. In late March water begins to rise and lake is full until October. House location is close to town but tucked away from the tourist areas. Food City is 3 miles away and garbage disposal 2 miles away, on Old Newport Highway. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, downtown Sevierville and Newport are close by. Maximum two occupants. Renter must live on the premises. This is NOT a home to subcontract or overnight lease. No pets. Owner/landlord lives in Sevierville so is readily available to the tenant. If interested, please complete an application on Zillow. Must complete an application to tour and view the house. If the ad for this property is still active, it is available. Total move-in $2,200. Renter pays for water, electric and cable/internet if desired. No pets. No smoking. Smoking allowed outdoors on deck.
