Have rented a house with our company and be in good standing within the past 6 months. Before signing a lease we do run our own credit reports through Equifax and credit worthiness is based on this report, so before we begin to look lets get this part out of the way, is there anything that you feel may disqualify you when we run this report?Requirements for renting a property with CB Sales & Rentals, Inc.1. The person(s) applying for the property MUST occupy the house they are applying to rent. We do not allow co-signers2. The person(s) applying to rent the proprerty must have valid employment. We DO NOT accept 100% government funds. The employment may be subject to verification with copies of tax returns. 3. The person(s) applying to rent the property must have satisfactory credit, over the past 7 years. We understand occasional problems, but we are looking for trends, as a whole. The way we see it, if you tend to pay other people, you will probably pay us. If you do not tend to pay other people, you will probably not pay us. 4. We look at the most recent credit most carefully as it indicates the applicant's present financial situation.All long term rentals require an application which includes a credit check. We determine our ability to rent to a potential tenant based on the information on the credit report.All long term rentals require a 12 month lease.Security deposit: We require a security deposit equal to first full month's rent with good credit. 2 month's deposit may be required for marginal credit.Pets: If home allows pets, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $200/pet as well as $10/pet/month pet rent.Cleaning fee: Each home requires a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. The home is cleaned before you move in and after your lease terminates.
