The person(s) applying to rent the property must have satisfactory credit, over the past 7 years. We understand occasional problems, but we are looking for trends, as a whole. The way we see it, if you tend to pay other people, you will probably pay us. If you do not tend to pay other people, you will probably not pay us. 4. We look at the most recent credit most carefully as it indicates the applicant's present financial situation.All long term rentals require an application which includes a credit check.
