It is part of a larger complex that is being renovated, however this unit is currently vacant and I'd like to fill it until we are able to start renovations on it. The unit is somewhat dated, but otherwise totally functional. The bedroom is HUGE. Comes with one off-street parking space. Rent is $400/month plus $100 in monthly utilities paid to the owner. $800 is required to move in and includes the first month's rent ($400) and security deposit ($400). An application and background check is required. The application is free, but if your application is selected, a background check is conducted and costs $30 per adult. The owner requires tenants to have at least $1500 in documented monthly income. Pets are considered on an individual basis with a $25 monthly pet fee. This is strictly a non-smoking unit. Available immediately for a short-term lease of approximately 3 months (negotiable).
