Minimum stay: 30 days. Monthly rentals are welcome, and longer stays are preferred. The home is available from September 15 through May 15. Monthly rent: $4,950/month. Reduced monthly pricing may be available for longer stays or a full-season commitment. Security deposit: One month's rent. Utilities: Utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included with reasonable usage. Excessive or unusually high utility consumption may be subject to additional charges as outlined in the lease. Fully furnished: The home is completely furnished and move-in ready, including furniture, kitchen essentials, linens, and household necessities. Cleaning: A move-out cleaning fee applies. Pets: No pets unless specifically approved in advance by the owner. Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the property. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
