This is a great location, near plenty of restaurants and shopping. The apartment has hardwood floors in the living and dining area. The bar style kitchen is great if you add some bar stools... The bedroom is spacious, with big closets and plenty of light. Most importantly, there is a lovely balcony that's big enough for patio furniture or a grill.The complex itself has a large pool, onsite laundry, and a gated/assigned/secure parking spot. It's a respectful, quiet place to live that does not allow pets.
