Big house on corner lot in west Arvada offered for short term rental Nov 22 - Jan 23 while owner is out of the country. Huge yard. Quiet neighborhood. House alarm and external cameras. Looking for someone to rent my furnished house for 3 months starting in Nov. The catch, my 2 dogs (very friendly) and 1 cat come with the deal. The animals are mostly self sufficient. A doggy door leading to the backyard lets them go in and out as needed. A service comes 2x a week to pick up poo. The animals just need to be fed and watered and snuggled a bit. All expenses covered by owner. Rent is negotiable.
