About the apartment: True 2br with one bedroom in the back , one bedroom in the middle and living room facing the train. Yes there is noise when the J train goes by. But efforts have been made with double-pane windows to keep the noise to a minimum. The back bedroom can hardly hear it , the smaller middle bedroom has no windows and is pretty quiet. The living room faces the tracks directly but have had happy tenants there for years. The middle room does not have a closet. The previous couple used it as a very large office and additional hang out space. But has also been used as a 2br. Both fit a queen bed set and small desk. The back room with the 2 windows does have a med sized closet. I like to put the downsides first because I get a ton of requests to view who didn't read the top part. With that said, this is great apartment in a well maintained building. with an attentive owner. The living room is large and sunny . The train goes by but the building is directly between 2 stops of the JZ. You don't hear the train breaks which makes a huge difference. Quick access in and out of Manhattan. When we hopefully open up safely you will find yourself in the middle of tons of local hang outs, bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping. There is a large Laundromat with drop off service next door. There is a community garden and green space right next to the building as well.
