It's the size of a small hotel room.... Minimum 3 month lease. No application fees if you have a copy of your credit report! Rent directly from the Owner, not a property management firm. 1 comfy Queen bed, kitchenette with small refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, flat top cooking stove. TV with wifi. Modern, full bath. Cute outdoor patio for morning coffee, evening wine etc. AC unit/with heat as well. Coin operated Washer Dryer on the other side of studio as well.
