Those lucky enough to live on Sail Bay wake up to teams of rowers in the early dawn light, or the colorful spinners sails of the sailing regattas of all classes. On windy days, the wind surfers take over, on quiet days, kayakers, paddle boards and fishermen as well as sea gulls, pelicans and migrant birds for your breakfast viewing. Surfers and bogie boarders walk five minutes to the ocean. Not to mention the sunsets at times will overwhelm you. No wonder San Diego is voted one of the most premiere spots in the world to live.
