Most buildings with Murphy beds have taken them out. We feel that it is an added plus for your comfort and convenience. This is a very quiet apartment plus double-pane insulated windows. On-site laundry with new speed Queen washers and dryers. One block to Trader Joe's and CVS pharmacy; walk to work downtown. Near to Google, Apple bus stops, etc. Close to stores, restaurants, cable car, yet away from downtown congestion. This is one of the nicest studios you will see. The building has been seismically retrofitted. The building has been owned by the same family for 44 years. We now have a very excellent small management company, very attentive to detail, but the building is still very carefully watched over by the owner. Manager on site. The landlord pays for steam heat, garbage collection, and water. Tenants pay for PG&E, Internet, etc. No pets, non-smokers, one person only, please.
