Mismatched dining room chairs in some of the pictures were replaced with a set of matching vintage chairs (image added). The primary room has a new king bed and base (not in photos). The second bedroom has a full bed, and both rooms include several sets of bedding. We also purchased a 43" smart TV. This home is located within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and open-air shops (Del Mar Highlands and One Paseo), a Cinepolis movie theater, and parks, and it is only a 15-minute bike ride to the California coastline, Torrey Pines State Reserve, and spectacular coastal and inland hiking trails. For families with children, we are in one of the top-rated school districts in California; our phenomenal schools are within walking distance (Carmel Creek Elementary School - 10 minutes; Carmel Valley Middle School - 8 minutes; Torrey Pines High School - 20 minutes).
