The ideal tenant would be a quiet and clean student or professional who wants to live close enough to the university and/or downtown, but away from the noise and traffic. First and last month's rent is due at beginning of first month. $1000 deposit (refundable, minus damages/repairs) and a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. No pets, sorry. This is a furnished guest house intended to be rented for 3 months to one year. However, if either the tenant and/or landlord are not satisfied with the conditions, a 30-day notice is required by either side to terminate the lease.
