The covered patio area has lounge furniture an is open, but if you want privacy, we can always put up some lattice. There is a good-sized back yard with a BBQ area, covered outdoor dining area and a gazebo with a gas fire pit. The laundry room is literally 50 feet away from the guesthouse. The house is at the end of a quiet, residential, dead-end street and is in safe area with great neighbors. Trader Joe's, Target, Ralphs, other shops are a few blocks away. Great for people who don't drive, but if you do, the guesthouse has off-street parking in the driveway. Rent is $2000 a month, with a security deposit. It includes all utilities; gas, water, electric, wifi and streaming services. Looking for someone to move in on March 1st. The place is perfect for someone looking for all inclusive, no nickel and diming every month over utilities. You must like dogs! My partner and I have 2.
