Deposits- Health care workers only on 6 month or less contracts $1000 over 6 months require full month deposit. Anyone other than traveling health care workers- (this includes students) Full months rent deposit. WiFi, water, power and trash are all included in the rent amount. No smoking in or on the property. Pet fee is non refundable and does not cover any damages or excessive cleaning fees from damage or excessive hair. Charges may apply for a deep clean of hair is present in excess.
