When you're not out and about, enjoy your own private pool and lounge area to soak up the Arizona sunshine. Our place is recently furnished and beautifully decorated. You'll enjoy the modern style inside almost as much as the outside pool and lounge area. The entire home, pool, BBQ, and all areas related to the property are available for your use. Situated in a newer and safe neighborhood in the West Valley, you may want to rent a car or use Uber and Lyft to explore the area. We do not allow any large gatherings or parties. Any unauthorized or unregistered vehicles or guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund of stay. Quiet hours start at 9:00 PM to avoid disturbing nearby families. No smoking inside the home or within 15 feet of any windows or doors, with a minimum fine of $750 for violations. Please respect set check-in and check-out times, as late check-out incurs a $100 fee for every additional hour beyond the check-out time. A laptop computer is not included.
