Concrete block with vinyl siding, 14 x 20 screen patio in rear and 14 x 20 carport with concrete floor - built to last. This house is rock-steady! Most new houses are made from plywood with stucco or vinyl siding, but if a hurricane blows the siding off this house, there is concrete block underneath. It has already withstood several hurricanes with zero damage, including Bonnie, Charlie and others with the siding remaining intact. It has withstood over 23 years of various storms with no damage! We also are adding a storage shed (8x12.5 feet) around 6/20/11. Neighborhood Description This neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood with underground utilities, lots of trees and horse trails. All of the lots are 150 feet wide at the street, and various lenghts and widths in the rear. You can hear a woodpecker over a mile away; you can hear the wind sloughing through the trees. One of the things I find hardest to leave in selling this home is the wonderful neighbors. It's hard to find a neighborhood as nice as this. We are planning to move to be closer to our kids and grandkids.
