Right next to OSU campus, the short north, and a short bus/bike ride away from the city center. It is truly a great location and why I have lived here for so long. There will be a $425 refundable deposit for the room. Split utilities/internet (usually around $130/month per person). Must be kitty and stoner friendly. Pets are okay as long as their potty/litter trained and are friendly with my cat. Must clean up after yourself and be respectful to myself and my other roommate. Must pass a background check ($40).
