Room details
My name is Aaron, i lease the property. I have lived here almost nine years now. I have subleased the other 2 rooms out over the years to a variety of people from all backgrounds. Currently, I live with my roommate, Gavyn. Our old roommate is moving out and we are looking for someone who will fit into our easy-going lifestyle.
Hello, I am currently looking for a new roommate from Dec 1st until May 1st (can be extended further). The property sits in Italian village, basically the heart of north Columbus. Right next to OSU campus, the short north, and a short bus/bike ride away from the city center. It is truly a great location and why I have lived here for so long. There will be a $475 refundable deposit for the room. Split utilities/internet (usually around $130/month per person). Must be kitty and stoner friendly. Pets are okay as long as their potty/litter trained and are friendly with my cats (2). Must clean up after yourself and be respectful to myself and my other roommate. Must pass a background check ($40). Message me and I will get back to you asap, thank you.
