There is no wash dry included in this rental, there are hook ups. the yard has fully automated watering system, i do require the lawn to be mowed weekly if you can not keep the lawn care up we can make arrangments for lawn care at a split 40 a week. The house is equiped with a fully fuctioning water softner system to help ease the work of cleaning the house and allows for a more enjoyable water. the bathroom upstares has a walk in tubwith a showers and jets for a relaxing and comfortable bath it does take some time to fil and drain great for that time away. There is two bed rooms up stairs one with a complete built in dresser and upper storage and a closet as well. ther is a medician cabinet with five pull out drawers in the hall by the bath and two bedrooms upstairs. The living room has a 6 piece romovable intertainment center if you dont want it in the house we can remove. The kitchen is full of space or your cooking supplies and then some has pull out slide for the pots and pans. Plenty of food storage and also comes with dishwasher and garbage disposal. There is and inactive trash compactor built into the wall this does not work and will not be put into service. down stairs is full master bed room with a jacuzzi jeted tub along with a walk in shower for two with corner seats. a his and her closet cabinet with a wrapped upper storage. the second room down stairs has a buit in dresser into the closet. The washer and dryer room doubles as afully functionable food storage and folding station for laundry it also holds the gas furnace and water softner system. the back yard is good size got no pictures oppps i belive its 100 feet long 40 feet deep. the lawn is in great shape. There is great parking as it has a 1 car grage with extra parking along the side of the house and rv, boat, equipment trailer or other toys can be parked ont he concret drive that streaches from the main road all the way to the back fenace of the yard Renter is responsible for water, sewer, garbage and power. Lease is for a 1 year term at this location. Pet deposit is for 1 small dog 1 large dog at 500 nonrefundable deposit. Renters insurance is required.
