Tenant Responsibilities: * No smoking * No pets are allowed. * Tenants will pay all the utilities Gas, Electricity, water, phone & internet etc * Biweekly lawn mowing in summers * Responsible for any breakage and/or damages. Owner Responsibilities: * We will pay all the property (school +town) taxes and insurances. * We will do yearly yard cleanup, weed removal and mulch installation. * Weekly garbage and yard pickup is included in the town taxes. * We have insurances on all home appliances and systems. Let us know if anything goes wrong. * We also do yearly furnace and AC service * We also have pest service. Although there are no pest in our house but this area has ants and mice issue. They come every 2 months for spray and lookup. Our basement is very clean, dry, insulated and painted but not finished. * Fridge, washer and dryer are in the house * There are blinds on all windows. * The house has all LED lights and fixtures. The house is very well insulated and all windows have storm windows. Our combined average monthly Gas and Electric bill was around $180/month * We are leaving some furniture. Let us know if you don't want any of these items. * 8 chair dinning set and a cabinet. * Table tennis table and treadmill in the basement * Battery electric lawn mover, yard tools and shelves in the garage.
