This house has a nice, functional layout and is centrally located in town making it easy to walk to stores, schools, the college and other businesses. It is a single story ranch, which appeals to people who want to avoid stairs. There is a large kitchen for the size of house with a walk-in pantry, designated dining area, living room with two entry closets. There are two full size bathrooms, a decent size primary bedroom. I am intentionally avoiding doing additional touch-ups so people can choose some options to personalize the home and/or enjoy it as-is. The plumbing was converted to PEX.
