This house has a nice, functional layout. It is a single story ranch, which appeals to people who want to avoid stairs. There is a large kitchen for the size of house with a walk-in pantry, designated dining area, living room with two entry closets. There are two full size bathrooms, a decent size primary bedroom. I am intentionally avoiding doing additional touch-ups so people can choose some options to personalize the home and/or enjoy it as-is. The plumbing was converted to PEX. I added insulation to the floor and vapor barrier to the crawl space. I updated most of the light fixtures and added light fixtures to the bedrooms and entry way.
