Sweet, private one bedroom built in 1936, has been completely updated and furnished in Santa Fe style. At 750 square feet it is very comfortable for one person or a couple. It has a private entrance, a private patio and yard area, and is well and completely fenced. Parking is always available on the street directly in front with a parking pass we will give you. It has been very popular as a vacation rental but that is not happening now. The Casita Linda is centrally located in the peaceful Candalario section of the West Guadalupe neighborhood. The Casita is within easy walking distance of the Plaza, Railyard, and scores of restaurants, shops and galleries. Important for day to day living, it is equally close to natural and traditional grocery stores, the CVS, Office Depot and even a hardware store. Combined utility bills (gas and electric) last year peaked at $120 in January and February, dropping to $45-$70 as the temperature warmed, even lower in summer. We pay the other utilities including Fast internet via wifi, over-the-air TV with Tivo, Netflix and Amazon Prime, Water/Sewer, Garbage and Recycling. Small pets considered. Longer stay is possible. You pay gas and electric. All other utilities including garbage, wi-fi and Netflix, Amazon Prime and Tivo are included.
