If you wish to take it down you will need to have it professionally done to avoid damage to neighbors building. House is on a 4 house share water well and there is a $100 per year payment for upkeep and maintenance. TV entertainment cabinet stays but not living room furniture or kitchen table, or large dog pen off back deck. Front porch table and chairs will stay with house.
