So you will have constant fresh air. 24 hr Cumberland market 5 min from house they have everything you need from coffee to late snacks it's huge in there plus a place to get your gas all again 24 hrs right at your hand. Also 5 minutes to route 8 to get u wherever you need to go. Everything else 10 min the post office. Starbucks. Opera house police station and the library. Walgreens too all at your reach right across from Cumberland . Oh I almost forgot right across from water. Yes u have a water view right from the master room balcony to enjoy your whiskey, wine, tea or coffee whatever you enjoy sipping on. The best part to is it's not no stand still water which I don't like the water is good for kayaking it's moving water which is very relaxing and enjoyable to watch If you are a smoker please no smoking in the house it will leave an odor.
